There are 3 bedrooms, each has it's own queen bed and wall-mounted 40” smart TV Dining room table seats six comfortably, makes for great family dinners together and fun game nights with the kids The living room features a 65” smart TV and two cozy sofas, perfect for a quiet night in with family and friends Kitchen has modern appliances, quartz countertops, and it's fully equipped with pots n pans, coffee maker (Keurig) and kcups, blender, toaster oven, and many essential cooking and dining utensils The full bathroom is equipped with towels, hairdryer, straightener, and a shower dispenser with shampoo and body wash. The spacious ½ bathroom off of the kitchen also functions as a fully equipped laundry room, with a full-sized washer and dryer. There is a vacuum, swiffer, and iron and board available for your use as well Backyard is 100% fully fenced and perfect for a fun game of cornhole with the family. We recently added a pergola and it's so cozy out there! We have a 4-burner gas grill and a few grilling accessories available. The patio is so relaxing, great for sipping your morning coffee and listening to the birds wake up

We’re here to make your stay comfortable! Please send us a message if you need any assistance. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m or later. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. 6 guests max, including visitors. The City of Norfolk has set an occupancy cap. Guests have full access to our long driveway, please do not park on the street. We welcome up to 2 house-trained, well-behaved dogs. The $50 pet fee should be added and paid at booking. Sorry, no dogs under 1 year old and no cats allowed. No smoking indoors. This includes marijuana, cigarettes, illegal substances and vape. Do not bring or store marijuana inside the home. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for use of ozone machine and remediation. All butts, ashes, etc should be disposed of in the outdoor trashcan. No parties. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Guests accept all responsibility for their dog(s), and any damages will be reimbursed to us through the resolution center. Dogs should not be left unattended in the backyard, nor should there be excessive barking. Please keep your dogs from eating the plants or digging in the yard. *Please make sure to clean up after your dogs - a pooper scooper and baggies are provided. **Noncompliance with any of our pet rules may result in eviction without refund. Please note that while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters are changed regularly, we do allow dogs in the home. *Those with allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their needs. Our trash pickup is Wednesday. We kindly ask that guests who stay overnight on Tuesday please roll the cans out to the curb, and then bring them back the next evening. The home is monitored by a Ring doorbell & exterior camera facing the driveway. Footage remains private, and may be used for liability/monitoring policies noted in this listing. *Any attempt at disabling or obscuring camera is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. We recommend you purchase travel insurance when booking, as sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen which could cause you to need to cancel your trip. *Please note that we will abide by our advertised cancellation policy. All of the popular door delivery services deliver to our home: Instacart, Grubhub, Doordash, Uber Eats, Postmates. There are many restaurants within an ~8 min walk from our home: pizza, burgers, wings, sub sandwiches, Mexican and Chinese. And there's a Wawa and Walmart just a few minutes’ drive away, too. Dogs OK with prior approval (see House Rules). $50 fee should be added and paid at booking. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located under the kitchen sink.
