We’re here to make your stay comfortable! Please send us a message if you need any assistance. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m or later. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. 6 guests max, including visitors. This is not only for your comfort but to keep in compliance with city and insurance regulations. Any visitors which are not included in the reservation need prior approval. Guests have full access to our long driveway, please do not park on the street. We welcome up to 2 house-trained, well-behaved dogs. The $50 pet fee should be added and paid at booking. Sorry, no dogs under 1 year old and no cats allowed. No smoking indoors. This includes marijuana, cigarettes, illegal substances and vape. Do not bring or store marijuana inside the home. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for use of ozone machine and remediation. All butts, ashes, etc should be disposed of in the outdoor trashcan. No parties. *Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am* Hot tub: if excessive cleaning is required after your stay due to misuse, a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged. If this amenity is unusable during your stay, a max refund of 25% per night will be issued to you. Guests accept all responsibility for their dog(s), and any damages will be reimbursed to us through the resolution center. Dogs should not be left unattended in the backyard, nor should there be excessive barking. Please keep your dogs from eating the plants or digging in the yard. *Please make sure to clean up after your dogs - a pooper scooper and baggies are provided. **Noncompliance with any of our pet rules may result in eviction without refund. Please note that while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters are changed regularly, we do allow dogs in the home. *Those with allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their needs. Our trash pickup is Wednesday. We kindly ask that guests who stay overnight on Tuesday please roll the cans out to the curb, and then bring them back the next evening. The home is monitored by a Ring doorbell & exterior camera facing the driveway. Footage remains private, and may be used for liability/monitoring policies noted in this listing. *Any attempt at disabling or obscuring camera is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. We recommend you purchase travel insurance when booking, as sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen which could cause you to need to cancel your trip. *Please note that we will abide by our advertised cancellation policy.
